Like so many times before, I brush my hair, I wash my face and compose my self ready to start a new day. I grab myself some breakfast, walk out the front door and go to sit under our tree. A beautiful, majestic willow, so big it could house a hundred birds and so beautiful no painter could capture its beauty. Our tree, where we’d sit together for hours and were we shared our first kiss in the company of nature. This place were we found sanctuary we also found love. For being together was far better than any riches and was more then my heart could ever ask for. So I sit and wait patiently until the day I see you again, until the day my haven is returned to me, to keep me safe and sheltered from the harsh world around me. I miss you. It has been some time now and I am alone, but nothing could erase my memory of you and how we met...
